Office premise is neither a place where friends are gathered nor a place of family gathering. An office is a place where persons having different skills are working to run the organization either for profit or for services, your behavior with your colleges would be professional, however behavior between two colleagues will be calm and friendly but not so much frankly that will interrupt office discipline, employers love a good and healthy professional atmosphere in a business place and always appreciated.
